Market analysis

Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany, the largest port city of Europe and the world, and the center of airspace industry.

The city is a home to Airbus plant, Holsten Brewery headquarters, OTTO mail-order company, and Spiegel and Stern publishing businesses.

Just like entire Germany, the city has stable economy, and low unemployment and inflation rates. According to data by global research company Mercer, Hamburg was listed one of top 20 world cities in terms of living standards in 2015.

The city boasts one of the best infrastructures in the world, favorable mortgage rates (loans are issued at 2 percent annually for 20 years), and a well-developed rent market, for only a half of Germans own their accommodation.
